In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

5.2 Withdrawals. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. 7.1 Random Number Generation. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip122 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited (where legally permitted), and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate systematic profits. Winnings generated from such exploitation are not withdrawable.

12.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit vip122's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 By vip122. vip122 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to vip122.

Where an Account is closed for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Funds (excluding any amounts subject to an active investigation or legal hold) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable AML obligations.
